Fees for Off-Week Orders Effective 1 July 2026.
To maintain our product quality, service standards, and operational efficiency, a surcharge of $70.00 + GST will apply to all orders requested outside our standard production and delivery schedule from 1 July 2026.
As our freight provider requires a minimum volume of consignments for weekly dispatch, off-schedule deliveries incur an additional transport cost. Accordingly, an off-week transport charge of $70.00 + GST will be added to the standard freight charge listed below for any delivery requested outside our regular schedule.

Packaging & Handling (Prices correct July 2025)
All shipments will include freight, a 4L esky, two icebricks and bubblewrap as a standard to ensure optimal delivery conditions in any weather. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased transportation costs for domestic and international freight and our prices incorporate these additional operational costs. (These prices are subject to change.)
